Jim Bogios has been a band member with Counting Crows since 2003. Prior to that he spent 8 years playing drums and singing for Sheryl Crow, as well as touring and recording with the Chicks, Ben Folds, and many other notable artists.

Super Bowl weekend is in the books. Who knows when we will ever do another proper band photo shoot again, but they did wrangle us all together for a picture. Loved the halftime, game could have been more exciting, but I did enjoy the confetti, ha!

There is something I always love about playing a simple 4 on the floor groove. Maybe because it brings out my inner caveman. I was the first drummer to finally get some cowbell on a CC track, and now Boxcar is the first song with 4 on the floor. What’s next???
